You haven’t ever heard of Logroño? Here you’ll find some interesting information about the capital of La Rioja. With its more than 150 000 inhabitants Logroño is the biggest city of the famous vine region. One of the most famous sights is the „Concatedral de Santa María de la Redonda de Logroño“. And of course there is no Spanish city without a football stadium, in Logroño it’s called „Estadio Municipal de Las Gaunas“ and it offers space for about 16 000 people. If you prefer spending time in the nature there is no problem since there are mountains in the south and in the north. Did you know that the Ebro River and the Way of St. James run through Logroño? Maybe you’ll get the opportunity to visit Logroño while walking the Way of St.James, then you should definetely try some „pinchos“ in the many bars of „Calle del Laurel“.
