This Saturday we visited Alquézar, a small village in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragón. There we met Isabel’s unflexibel,, aunt, one of her cousins and another family member. Together we had something to drink and some snacks in a café.
Afterwards we went hiking, the trail goes through a gorge along the river (Río Vero) and on your way you can find different spots like the „Cueva picamartillo“, the waterfall or the „Mirador del Vero“. I really enjoyed our hike, althoug it was a bit exhausting in the end.
After our hike we all were a bit hungry so we had some lunch and then we visited the Plaza Reafael Ayerbe and the Colegiatte of Alquézar, where we joined a guided tour to get to know the history of this very special place.
Then we drove to Zaragoza, where we spent the night and I met the other cousine of Isabel.
The next day they decided to show me some parts of Zaragoza. First we visited the „Basilica del Pilar“, which is very very big and impressive. Next they showed me the „Plaza de España“ and the „Puerta del Carmen“.
In the afternoon we had a barbecue and then we just relaxed a bit and watched football, before we drove back to Logroño
