Last Tuesday, we went on an excursion with another class to observe birds. We met our guide at 10:15 at a bridge over the river that runs through Logroño.
There, we each received a slip of paper describing an animal with three characteristics.
During the excursion, we had to guess which animal was on our slip. (For example,
I was an otter.)
Then, we were allowed to observe storks with a telescope in their nests on the other side of the river
Then we walked through a nature reserve where we learned a lot about birds, otters, and other animals from the region. The guide also had an object with him that he used to make the birds „answer“ him, which was very interesting. At 12:00, we took a break at a café where we also had lunch.
On the way back, we learned even more about some of the animals, and we played a little game, like a quiz, to see if we had actually learned something
